Beer and Low-Alcohol Drinks Analyzer-AP1

Description

Technical Description and Uses: Provides the automatic determination of the total beer and low alcohol drinks (type Radler) analysis i.e. apparent extract, the real extract and original extract in its mass percentage or 0 PLATO, the alcohol content in beer in volume percentage or in mass percentage, ( 0 PLATO ) beer density – density20 ( 20 0 ) or relative density – density20/20 ( 20 0 ), energy use efficiency kcal/100 ml, kJ/100 ml Prepares samples for the determination of volatile matters, diacetyl, furfural, CO2, SO2 Technical Description The analyzer AP1 provides fast distillation of the sample. You volume dose this sample into distilling flasks and at the same time you determine its density using a densimeter. The sample distillation is carried out and one refills the distillate to its original volume. The concentration of alcohol, distillate density or density of distillation residue is determined by alcoholometer AP1. You set the measured values into the memory of the microcomputer. The accompanying software makes it possible for the automatic calculation for a total beer analysis which can be displayed or printed out. Our method of fast distillation makes it possible to get accurate beer analysis quickly. It is possible to carry out a total beer analysis using the analyzer together with our decarbonizer type OP in 8 minutes (this also includes the sample preparation-decarbonization). The control of the analyzer is easy. Analyzer is designed to function semi-automatically.

AP1 This analyzer is suitable for the complete analysis of:
